If you are just beginning ...
 
1.  You can start by deciding which type of beginning yoga you would like to take
                                            (class descriptions in full form are on our webpage to read)
    (a) beginng yoga (think slow & gentle) a 7-week series that meets one time per week.  Each week builds on the last.
     
    (b) beginning ashtanga (think not as slow, your heart rate gets up & you sweat) a 7-week series that meets one time per week. Each week builds on the last.  
 
     (c) you can jump into any gentle yoga & relaxation class because you don't need to know anything other than that you want to relax.  These yoga classes are drop in-which means they are ongoing & you don't sign up for a series/session.  Instead, you come as often as you want and you don't need to tell us in advance.  Drop-in classes can be paid for per class ($15) or you can buy a five class card that is good for all of our drop-in classes for $60 or a ten class card for $110 (the class cards are good for a year from date of purchase).
 
 
2.  Registering and paying on-line reserves your space in class (see below in red).
You are welcome to walk-in the first night of class, however, you could get online and register to ensure you get a space.
 
3.  The first night, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete the intake form (it's short) & bring:
a. (if you have not paid online) cash/ check (made to ahh yoga) visa/discover/mastercard
       b.  a yoga mat (available at sporting good stores, tj maxx, target,etc.  You may also borrow one of our mats.)
c.  wear comfy clothes
d. your sense of humor and your sense of adventure
 
6.  Costs for a beginning series:
The cost covers any of our beginning series(classes meet one time per week).  We don't offer refunds & we do not offer make-up sessions for classes you miss in a beginning series;
