SUP Yoga

Practice yoga with us on the water! This practice will warm and strengthen your body while you experience the calm of floating in nature. Held at the beautiful Lake Springfield Marina.

Beginning Yoga

In these foundational classes, you will get a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures and sequences, as well as learn about the philosophy of yoga.

Yoga Sculpt

Combine yoga flow with weight training, plyometrics (aka 'jump training'), and great music. A great way to start off your day and jump start your fitness routine!

Strength and Core Flow

This yoga class will fire up your core as you practice proper alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences, and connect breath to movement.

VinyAHHsa Flow

A flowing, challenging practice that links breath and movement. This class builds strength, physical and mental balance, and leaves you feeling energized!

Yoga 1 & 2

Designed for people with some basic-level yoga experience, these classes offer a challenge for those who are ready, and modifications for those who need them. Come explore and deepen your practice.

Yoga in the Classroom

  • Youth

Using their imaginations, younger children will learn yoga through child friendly poses with songs, stories, sign language and games.

Barre Yoga

  • Advanced

In this class, we utilize basic yoga flow to help warm-up and prepare your body for barre exercises which include light weights and resistance paired with isometric movements.

Yin Yoga

  • Beginner
  • Restorative
  • Traditional

Yin Yoga includes a slow, deep series of floor postures that are held in a passive way for 3-5 minutes. Yin will prepare your body to sit more comfortably while enjoying balance and contentment.

Mindfulness Meditation

Learn the practices of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, including the Body Scan, Mindful Yoga and Sitting Meditation.

Gentle Yoga

A Vinyasa class that uses heat for increased circulation and range of motion, followed by a short restorative session to relax the muscles and absorb the goodness of this flowing practice.

Led Ashtanga

This physically challenging sequence of poses, accompanied by deep breathing, creates purifying internal heat, realigns and calms the body.

Prenatal Yoga

This practice is designed to address the physical and emotional changes and to relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Aerial Yoga

A combination of traditional yoga movements while suspended in the air with the help of a hammock, this fun practice eases pressure, creates space in your joints, and makes you more mobile.
