Ahh Yoga presents YOGA at the WALL
Whether it be spiritual, emotional, or physical resistance we experience, we can all benefit from taking our yoga to the wall. A wall gives us support, teaches us about alignment, and cultivates sensitivity to our barriers. This workshop presents multiple ways in which using a wall can enhance our yoga practice.
